Job opportunity under finance crisis

It is rarely job opportunity in these finance crisis periods. When one of my colleagues raise resignment, we are all celebration for him. It is a good opportunity for him and for his future.
In this periods, the hunter agencies are out of our sight. No one contact with us regularly. We can touch the crisis power. Many of the companies are retiring their employees for cost down. Some have retired half of their numbers.

It is so sad today. I have made a wrong decision and caused lost, even this aroused by others, but I feel very sad for I have not avoid such kind of mistake. Several months ago, I get the wrong information and didn't verify it, and then remove one material from products, since it is not function on the board. Yet this get the customer not satisfied.

I was cheated again by stock trend. It looks I can't understand the market rules. I get the expect the trend will be raised, yet it still down even the Olympic comes. I don't know why government stop their hands on the market.
Yet I continue on the wave of the stock since I need learn it even it lose money. After one year, I learn so much on the stock of course I also pay so much for it.

In those days, I just do the trade reverse the trend. That make me lost money.
I can't make the correct judgement since it is not a good situation for now. But even like that, I get some knowledge for lose money.
It should be a hard time for me to practice the stock.
